LETICIA C. HERMOSA, JD, PhD, MSN, RN, Esq.

Leticia Hermosa is a nurse attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with a

specialty in Health Care Law and Ethics, Family Law, and Non-Profit Corporate Law.

She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar of the Supreme Judicial Court and the Bar of

the United States Supreme Court.


Attorney Leticia Hermosa is past President and current Legal Adviser of the Philippine

Nurses Association of America (PNAA). She is one of the two Vice Presidents of the

National Coalition of Ethnic Minority Nurse Associations (NCEMNA), and a Fellow of

The American Association of Nurse Attorneys.


Leticia Hermosa held nursing leadership and management positions in Massachusetts

including: Clinical Nurse Specialist at the Hebrew Rehabilitation Center of Boston;

Associate in Gerontology, Harvard Division on Aging; Staff Education Specialist,

Massachusetts General Hospital; Professional Development Manager, Beth Israel

Deaconess Medical Center; Continuing Education and Professional Development

Manager, New England Baptist Hospital; and Director of Professional Development and

Healthcare Quality at Emerson Hospital.


Her past government appointments include Chairman of the Massachusetts Board of

Professional Licensure for Social Workers, and member of the Hearing Committee of

the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers. She volunteered her legal services as

Lawyer of the Day for the Norfolk County Family and Probate Court.
