Tonya M. Patterson

Tonya M. Patterson has over 30 years' experience as an Executive Assistant which she acquired while serving at various top companies in Corporate America as well as community-based organizations.  In 2008, she became the founder and CEO of The #1 B.O.S.S. (Business Organization & Systems Specialist), a contractual Virtual Executive Assistant service dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs with effective administrative solutions and compliance support.  She maintained this business until she exited Corporate America in 2020 to build her virtual business full time.  She has served organizations focused on supporting disenfranchised communities and empowering small business owners. In 2020 as well, she launched her lasagna business, Queen T’s LOL. 

Tonya holds an AA in Executive Secretarial Studies from Owens Community College, a dual major BA in Human Resource Management & Business Administration, as well as a Masters Certification in Organizational Leadership from Lourdes University. 

With a diverse background in corporate administration and education, she has also pursued her purpose and since obtained her certification as a Spirit-Led Life Coach in 2025 and launched H.O.P.E. 4U Life Coaching.   She is also a published author, speaker, and poet.   Tonya’s mission is to continue to use her talents to help others thrive, guided by her faith and commitment to community service.

She currently serves as the VEA to the President and CEO of Godman Guild Association of Ohio and to the President and Executive Director of NCEMNA.
